1. Use of the Services

• Progress Tracker: Allows users to set and monitor progress towards fitness and health goals.

2.2 Premium Services

• Video Programs: Exclusive access to video content on health and wellness topics.
• Customized Diet & Workout Plans: Personalized plans created by certified trainers.
• Community Features: Spaces for users to share experiences, tips, and support.
• Live Calls: Scheduled live sessions with trainers or experts for real-time advice.
• Referral and Reward System:

  Continuous Invitations: Users inviting new members earn rewards like supplements and expert sessions.

  Loyalty Rewards: Long-term users unlock features like supplement rewards and gym access.

3. Payment

Premium Services require a subscription fee of $97 every 3 months. Payment terms are outlined during the purchase process. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. Services will auto-renew unless cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the billing period ends.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Room of Discipline — including text, graphics, logos, and video programs — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

5. User-Generated Content

You may contribute content to the community areas. By doing so, you grant URFITX LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content. You are responsible for the content you post.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued use post-change constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved by arbitration under the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) rules in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future renewals. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged again. For refund eligibility and the request process, please refer to our Refund Policy.
